Anna Maria Island has many choices for condominiums. Condominiums can be found in Anna Maria City, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. Anna Maria City only has one condominium community named the Bayou. The Bayou has limited rental offerings with rental restrictions minimizing the frequency in which guests can stay.
Holmes Beach has many condo properties to choose from. The newest condominium was constructed by my husband Larry Chatt as well as myself. The project is Buena Vista, took almost 5 years to construct and has four, 4 bedroom luxury units. The next most recent condominium constructed is located in Holmes Beach and called Vista Grande. Both Vista Grande and Buena Vista was marketed and sold exclusively through Island Real Estate.
Prior to Vista Grande there are several condominiums built in the mid to late 1990’s. La Casa Costiera and L’Plage are primarily 3 bedroom units with L’Plage offering a 4 bedroom as well. Island Real Estate manages condominiums as well and they manage the last 4 condomiums mentioned. During the 80’s there was a boon in Holmes Beach of building condominiums and most are two bedroom units with Gulf Place providing rare 3 bedroom units in that era.
Bradenton Beach has many condos with the largest being Run Away Bay which is made up of 1 and 2 bedroom units and is across the street from the beach. La Costa is a gulf front condo however the land is on a 99 year lease which is the only property with this stipulation. Finally, the most recent condominiums built in Bradenton Beach are Marabella and Bradenton Beach Club.
